Ace Express Coaches is hiring experienced to dispatchers to join our growing organization! The dispatcher play an integral role in the success of our business. Our Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service to our riders in the from of timely updates and customer interactions! The ideal dispatcher  is extremely detailed, organized, and exceptional problem solver.

Essential Functions:
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Coordination of routes and driver schedules.
  • Ensuring route/trip documentation is complete and ready for drivers in a timely manner.
  • Answering phones and handle client calls regarding routes and service.
  • Coordinating with maintenance shop bus repairs, preventive maintenance and washing schedules.
  • Reviewing route/trip documentation after completion to ensure all information is included and correct.
  • Assisting with monitoring hours of service to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
  • Facilitating company communication regarding policies, events/ meetings.
  • Other job duties may be assigned based on business needs.
Pay & Benefits
  • $21 - $25/Hour (Experience Considered)
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees
  • Overtime eligible - time and a half over 40 hours

Job Type: Full Time

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1 years of transportation industry experience preferred.
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to fluently speak, read, and write English.
  • Basic computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Knowledge of the motorcoach industry and/or transportation industry is a plus, but not required
  • Strong customer service skills required.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively to internal and external audiences.
  • Team orientated. Ability to help others to achieve overall company goals.
  • Independent and takes initiative.
  • Strong ethical standards, ensuring safety and compliance is upheld.
  • Must have basic computer skills including use of excel and word documents along with our internal programs.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Successfully pass a 7- year criminal background check.
