Internal Team Member Support

·         Provides direction and assistance to internal customers regarding their eligibility, claims, qualifying events, network limitations and other benefits issues as they arise.

·         Develops and delivers benefit orientation programs and materials for Team Members.

·         Resolve employee issues with insurance providers and other benefits administrators

Company Benefit Programs:

·         Manages enrollment and billing for all corporate benefit programs Develop, maintain, promote and advance a safety culture.

·         Supports process enhancements and automation where possible for efficiencies and best user experience.

·         Ensures timely, accurate, and appropriate execution of benefit carrier billing, eligibility and enrollment, communication, employee notification and posting compliance, documentation processes, and leave coordination.
